Welcome to Restaurant Tortillas Food & Drink.
These policies apply to all of our customers and visitors, whether you interact with us through our website, by phone, by email, through social networks, by making a reservation, or by visiting our facilities in person.
By choosing our services, you agree to respect and comply with the following policies, which are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every guest. These guidelines are aligned with the current laws and regulations of Costa Rica.
2. Use and Processing of Personal Data
In compliance with Law No. 8968 on the Protection of the Person regarding the Treatment of Personal Data, we inform you that:
The personal information we collect (such as name, email, phone number, or reservation preferences) will be used exclusively for the management of the restaurant’s services.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your information to third parties, except when legally required by competent authorities.
You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at: info@tortillascr.com
Data will be securely stored and retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the intended purposes.
3. Reservation Policies
Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only when the customer receives an official confirmation email or message from the restaurant.
Modifications and Cancellations:
Reservations can be modified or canceled without penalty up to 1 hour before the reserved time.
Cancellations within less than an hour or No show in advance may be subject to charges or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).
Waiting Time: We will hold your table for a maximum of 7 Minutes after the reserved time. After this period, the table may be released.
All groups of 8 or more people are required to make a prior reservation and submit a menu pre-order. An additional confirmation will be sent by the restaurant.
Special Events: During high-demand dates (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, etc.), special reservation and cancellation conditions may apply. These will be communicated in advance.
4. Consumption Policies
Outside food or beverages are not allowed unless previously authorized.
Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by guests over 18 years of age, in compliance with Costa Rican law.
The restaurant reserves the right of admission and may request guests to leave in cases of behavior that negatively affects other customers or staff.
5. Intellectual Property and Website Use
All content on this website (texts, logos, images, menus, etc.) is the property of [Restaurant Name] and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior authorization.
6. Right of Admission and Permanence
Restaurante Tortillas reserves the right of admission and permanence in our facilities. This measure is applied strictly to guarantee the safety, comfort, and well-being of our customers and staff.
Access to the restaurant may be denied or restricted in the following situations, among others:

When a guest displays disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward other guests or staff.
